Subway - Des Moines

I visited this load after leaving another load because they had almost no more product 2.5 hours before closing. the workers here were great! they prepared my 3 sandwich order immediately and perfectly, including beside sauce, chips cookies, and did it all with smile. when I thanked them and told them that I had a bad experience at another place, they said that my experience with them was better. this is real customer service, just as it should be done. they have a much bigger tipp than usual.

One of my favorites in marshalltown. only the thing is not rushed during the meal, unless they are ready to wait in the line. I like to order our sandwiches online after the lunch time eile and then they will pick them when they are finished. so it's fast and I don't wait at the end. also find it easier to get my sandwich toppings from the list online. I feel under pressure and don't know what I'm doing when I pick the beats while I'm in the snake.

Extremely disappointed, drove to this place especially for the drive thru past 3 other locations due to a newborn and 2 small children in the car. only to find out that the worker refused to help in the drive thru and demanded that I come to order.

I was actually impressed ? lately Subway has not been the best however these meatballs Sub were on point!
