Subway - Des Moines

Our family will never eat here again. the customer service was foreseeable. the door that was closed between the customers was ridiculous and then snap on other customers because they opened the door for other customers who try to come was done with such disrespect. the attitude of women leading the counter was shameful. that was waiting for half an hour with 2 people before me, but we had 3 children to feed, who had already waited, so we didn't want to give up the time to waste that drove somewhere else and waited for food again. the tables and floors were not even clean. during one of the customers the women who run theke held in the hand and said: "uh-uh, keep me busy and do something else." when another customer was asked what they wanted, that they repeated “number 3,” the women behind the theke had raised their voice in exaggerated wise, saying: “I know that they were number 3 what kind of bread like? “After that, a few more customers came to the door that was locked and a customer with headphones opened the door open to them and she cried to the customer and said she won’t serve him since he did. I never got a reception or I had the timestamp at which time I was there, but I think it was about 5pm ish. you get very little meat and she broke that broth so that it was barely held together when my children wanted to eat it. she didn't even wrap the sandwiches properly, so one of the sandwiches slipped on the floor when my child sat down on eating it. waste of money! I went on the road to custards, the way better customer service. this lady should go there to learn customer service skills and take notes!

This particular location, where should I begin? They 2 female 'sandwich artists ' didn 't care about what the were preparing or about anyone going through. Next the quality of ingredients, we 'll liquids coming from where solids do in the human body is never good, I can testify that I was not the only one subjected to this, regardless of sandwich type. Makes me rethink going to subway ever again.

Service was good ordered turkey and cheese got one slice of turkey and cheese they changed onion teriyaki sauce not impressed

Reasonably priced, fresh ingredients,, the girl at the counter was very nice.
