Proudfoot has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Des Moines. The food is consistently well-prepared and delicious, often featuring delightful new flavors that are a treat for the taste buds! Our server was outstanding—always present when we needed something but never intrusive. The staff is professional yet friendly and puts in great effort to cater to the needs of their guests. I’ve never had a meal here that I didn’t absolutely love!
I had an outstanding dining experience! Our server, Eric, was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The food was fantastic— we enjoyed the roasted oysters, pork belly burnt ends, wedge salad, filet with mashed potatoes, pork ribeye, and Brussels sprouts, and everything was delicious!
Service was outstanding and the food was innovative and equally outstanding.
