Papa John's Pizza - Des Moines

This is my go-to Pappa John's in the neighborhood and they always provide excellent service. Our most recent delivery driver, Kelsey, was very courteous and delivered our food quickly. We will definitely continue to order from them when we're not in the mood to cook dinner.

The delivery took 2 hours after placing my order, but we eventually received it. They didn't refund the tip for the driver, which was disappointing. However, they did refund the delivery fee. Despite these issues, the food from Papa John's was delicious as usual.

Pizza was...okay looked like one half had the double pepperoni.?

The delivery driver was extremely rude. I ordered a pizza using rewards points and it was the last $5 I had because this meal was for my son and I to eat throughout the day until I got paid on Friday. I already felt bad for not being able to leave a tip, but my son was hungry and we had no other options. When the delivery driver arrived, she scolded me for not tipping until I cried. This was a terrible experience, especially for someone who already struggles with anxiety. 10/10 worst experience.

Delivery took way to long. Nobody is going to wait 2 hours for a delivery come back to you again. Pizza cold barely warm.
