Mcdonald's - Des Moines

I took my son out for breakfast at a kiosk where we ordered and paid because no one came to the counter to help us. We waited for 25 minutes but our food never arrived. When we went to ask about it, there were many people waiting at the counter who had also not received their orders, and no one came out to acknowledge us. Eventually, we got some of our food but my coffee never arrived. This was not the first time I had a bad experience at this McDonald's. I thought it was a fluke, so I decided to give them another chance. However, it was a big mistake.

Tina, Dakota, and Mary were extremely attentive in providing excellent customer service in an area that is hard to find, especially at 6:30 a.m. The food was served quickly, perfectly prepared, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. Thank you for the outstanding service!

The bathroom smell like a house. when we got our order, we had lost food, our tassen did not get, and we had bad pommes. the service was not great in any aspekt.

I ordered a bacon McGriddle but received a sausage McMuffin instead, along with very poor service.
