Mcdonald's - Des Moines

The French Fry's were cold as usual not different from all the other McDonalds. The cashier was rude and very unprofessional, they tried to give us a drink that we did not order and insisted that we take this drink and the pain for it and go through again to reorder the drinks we ordered first.

Go to fleur mcdonalds at least twice a week since live near. Never fails on my families order something is missing or not made to order. They need a window checker to make sure everything paid for is in bag. I call on some orders to get something in return. FYI never lose your receipt or no refund at all.

Shake machine always seems to be working just fine during the day, then is always broken at night? I've worked at mc donalds and it's a poor excuse for not doing your job and being lazy. Every time I come here I either get half my order, my order is wrong every time and I'm one for more than a few chances but it's just disappointing at this point. I came here once they didn't put all my food in my bag nor did they take my order right then accused me of trying to steal 10 bucks worth of food? Never made sense still to this day about that incident, only positive thing about that experience is the manager apologized which doesn't happen regularly at the place.

Super ridiculous shouldn't be waiting 30 minutes for curbside! What a way to make your day run late. If I was you I'd definitely go somewhere else even when I got my food and my drinks I didn't get straws for my drinks how am I supposed to drink it

This place is a straight shitshow. Drive the few extra miles and go to the McDonalds on 22nd. We ordered basic meals and had to pull up to wait on items- no problem. When the gal running the food out asked if this was my order (because I have amazing vision and can see through brown paper bags I read it off to her and she just shrugged and handed us 2 bags of random food. We checked it and we had extra burgers, an extra happy meal and were missing a whole chicken nugget meal. My husband went in to get the complete order and could tell they were struggling. We got home and the quarter pounder was totally raw. Thank goodness we had a few extra burgers that sufficed but, seriously. This McDonalds is always like this- save your self some time and likely food poisoning and go to the 22nd one. It is FAR superior.
