Kfc - Des Moines

I have a chicken plier and they were really wet and fresh. I'm glad they didn't precook that. I don't know about you, but I'd rather wait a little while it's fresh. it was a little expensive, but, in the opposite, quite satisfied.

Pull in for grilled chicken and there isn't any im told. Wth KFC? I love it all but dang it :

Had issues placing order online. Called the store to notify them of my large order so I wouldn’t have to wait forever. Got to the store and came inside to sort everything out- after some confusion I was YELLED at that I have to go through the drive through. Wish Ashley would have told me that on the phone, or anyone that talked to me at the counter, but this location seems to default to treating people like garbage instead.

Cashier was extremely rude and messed up our order 3 times. They then proceeded to fill our spicy famous bowls to the top with oil which I don't think could've been done by accident. So now when we open the bowls that oil is going to spill everywhere. And when we asked for her name she refused to give it and closed the window in our face.

Staff are great! Food was warm not hot, biscuits were hard as a rock
