Jimmy John's - Des Moines

Various people in our office order lunch from this place 3-4 times a week. We ordered 10 sandwiches today. They are always fast, efficient, friendly and above all, right!

Only JJs I’ve been to so far that hasn’t messed my order up. Had to wait for a bit when I went in, but they were apologetic about it, so I’m not that upset about that

First off, i don't call in my order, when is nice outside I walk over and order in person, otherwise i order from the Jimmy John's website. That way there's nothing to be list in translation. They deliver to my office a few blocks away generally within 25 minutes. I request a call when they arrive, so i just keep working until they call. They probably have ten or so workers around lunch and with the thousands of people working within a few miles, I can understand how freaky fast isn't always instantaneous like we'd always like. If you order 20-30 minutes ahead of time, you shouldn't be disappointed. I haven't been and i have a fairly complex sandwich order!

Very good sub shop! This location has never disappointed me. Always tastes good and is delivered super fast! I would give 5 stars, but they for some reason don’t sell my favorite “secret menu” item, the cheese wrapped pickle! I love Jimmys Johns cheese wrapped pickle! The location on Fleur has always sold me one, but when I ask for it here, they act like I’m crazy! But that’s my only complaint really, still recommend!

I have never seen such a skimpy sub sandwich. It didn't look anything like the picture on the wall. And the service was not very good either. Not very friendly people.
