Jethro's Bbq - Des Moines

Great food. Great prices. I had a burger and beans and it really hit the spot. I'm out of town and I'm over for a quick bite. It was definitely worth it.

Looks and tastes amazing. The food was quickly prepared and delivered (supplied by GrubHub). Extra diving sauce to go. Excellent shares. Very satisfied! (Only included main food items in the picture) I ordered the buffalo wings, dinner for 1 with shaving, jalapeño cream corn, waffleries and corn bread.

So we came in to have some beer and sat at the bar. And the staff was very attentive and nice. But how we left our server offered us candy because it was trick or treatment night in Des Moines. She went out of her way to make candy if tricks or contractors came to eat. So they wouldn't miss it. Just incredibly thoughtful to do and very thoughtful. So if you haven't been there for your good food or drinks or there were several TVs on the go; I would recommend it only for a friendly interaction with their employees.

Great service. Our food came out in no time. You have a very good selection of drinks. Could even eat half of my food because the portions were so large (not complain). It is a very relaxed environment. And the food should die.

Cool atmosphere to be in, small enough but just right. Great service and friendly. We could not believe how huge the portions were. You have around 6 types of bbq sauces already placed on your table to chose from to use. My son and i ordered fried pickles for appetizers, 2 sweet teas and 2 entrees...had enough leftovers for 2 more plates each spent only $53.00. Will be going back!!!
