Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Des Moines

This restaurant is an unexpected gem with solid tacos. The Cali tempura tacos are particularly tasty. The children's menu is also satisfactory. You place your order at the counter and pick it up there. It's conveniently located near the Des Moines Science Center.

4. We dined in this time, and what an amazing experience! This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and a wonderful staff. My fiancée and I love coming here for Mexican night. The marsh chicken is incredible, and everything is just fantastic. Personally, I’m a big fan of the California Heat, but I highly recommend trying the spicy pork and the classic tempura shrimp as well! Everything comes highly recommended! Clarissa is an exceptional bartender, and Jake has always been fantastic! Don’t forget to try the Sexy Fuzzy Driver; it’s a delicious margarita!

Fuzzy’s is a great place to go for a perfect drink and a taco night. Whenever I'm here, I enjoy a wonderful service from Ryan and Clarissa. Both improve the experience of eating with fun conversation and a good laugh. I come for drinks and food, but stay for the amazing people. I recommend Fuzzy to anyone looking for high quality food at a good price.

Live music on Saturday afternoon. EXCELLENT Mexican food. I love the place! Outdoor and indoor seating. Really impressive knowledge of their gluten free options and just plain good tasting fresh food. Happy people also. First rate eatery.
