Cicis - Des Moines

For a late lunch, they offered a great variety of pizzas that I really enjoyed. The lady at the front counter was helpful and spoke Spanish, which was a nice bonus. We ordered mild wings, and they were delicious without being overly spicy. The woman who cleared our plates was prompt in her service. The staff consistently checked in to see if we needed anything else. The attached picture shows the wings we ordered.

Every time I visit Cicis, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean! I really enjoy the pizza and cheese bread! The kids have a blast with the games! If I order a special pizza, it arrives in no time! Plus, the desserts are absolutely delicious!!!

We had a wonderful experience today! I organized a celebration for my daughter's birthday, and we weren't expecting anything special when the cashier took her name and age. However, later during the meal, the crew surprised us by announcing her birthday and giving her some fun stickers. The staff was consistently energetic and eager to assist us.

Always a decent place for family and a quick bite to eat. 2 adults with drinks was about 17 dollars and that was for all we could eat. We did play in the arcade a bit. Won a little tydye ball for 50 cents on a claw machine. Overall a decent place. The food was good for the cost and the staff was friendly. The guy bussing tables was on it tonight clearing empty plate almost faster then people could make them.

Pizza was very basic and kind of chewy, definitely more like a child’s meal. The staff was friendly, though, and the pasta was decent, if not a bit simple. The salad bar was missing most of the things pictured in the promo photos on the window and website, but overall, we got full stomachs. So my review is “average”
