Caribou Coffee - Des Moines

This is a fantastic spot for studying, especially during the weekdays! While the regular coffee wasn't impressive, their pumpkin white mocha was absolutely divine!

We relocated back to Des Moines earlier this year and have been frequenting Caribou every week. The coffee here is fantastic, but the lack of non-dairy options, like almond milk and oat milk, is seriously impacting sales at this location. On our last two visits, we left without coffee because they were out of non-dairy alternatives. I understand that there are supply chain challenges right now, but it shouldn't be too difficult to place a bulk order for oat or almond milk for customers who are lactose intolerant. All the grocery stores in town have these products readily available. I really enjoy this place, but I believe the management needs to find a solution to ensure they can offer non-dairy drinks consistently.

This restaurant is always my go-to spot! They serve fantastic caramel ribbon crunch iced coffees that are simply amazing. I usually pair mine with a toasted bagel and cream cheese; it just tastes so much better than when I try to make it at home. Plus, I’m a rewards member, and if you’re not, you definitely should join! This morning, I received a free drink, and when they say 'any size, any drink,' they really mean it, which is awesome!

I usually order a roasted bagel with cream cheese, too, which tastes so much better than when I try to make it at home with what I buy from Caribou. This is my favorite Caribou Coffee location! The atmosphere is so cozy, and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you for brightening my day!
