Burger King - Des Moines

Hours says 10 pm yet they say closed at 9:50 with lights on and then shut them off as i leave from them saying that. Will not return.... Change your hours!!!

I wish someone would make the burger like the one on television. What happen to Have it your way. My burger was made like they didn 't want to do it.

The employees are a very important to the business and seem to enjoy their jobs.

This place is the absolute worst. The drive thru has the worst customer service of any drive thru in town. Avoid this location

Service is always fine and I get why lobbies are closed..... but after having a natural disaster nocking ppls power out, you'd think they would allow ppl a break from the heat.....its so hot outside my kids wouldnt even touch their food. 5 days no power
