Subway In Des Mo - Des Moines

New employees/management doesn't know how to reset register,watched them give person three free sandwiches and I got told off. wouldn't recommend this subway anymore

Only reason I gave one less star foe atmosphere is due to the fact one male and one female stood in back giggling the entire time while one female took orders, made sandwiches, and had to remove gloves to run register as well. Don't hire people who do nothing and take advantage of the ones who do.

I had been shopping and googled subway restaurants that were open. It showed me that subway on Southeast 14th was open until 10 PM that Friday night. I drove to that location and arrived at 9:42 PM. Went to go inside and one side of the door was locked, but the other was open. Someone was coming out. When I started to walk into the restaurant a little further, the man that was behind the counter was counting money at the register. He said, “sorry, we are already closed.” I said, “I thought that you were open until 10 PM.” He said, “my cash register is already in close down mode so I can't serve you “. It was actually very irritating because we drove that direction to that subway because it is on our way home, which is out of town. I could have gone the other direction to a different subway had I known that they closed early. I think that the employee was just ready to be done for the night so closed up when he felt like he wanted to. I can’t believe that would be okay with the owner. I was hungry and in disbelief of his lack of concern.

Very quick server and she was very helpful and polite.

Love subways food but the service at this location has been consistently horrible. I left before even placing my order today due to how rude and unprofessional the two female employees were towards the customer infront of me.
