Mcdonald's - Derwood

We LOVE the Muncaster Mill McDonald's. The staff are very friendly so we love seeing them. They accommodate my dietary needs. They are great at keeping the restaurant clean. Sweeping, mopping, cleaning the tables clean. I wish they could remind the high school kids to lower their voices and if they want to run around, they need to go outside.Dietary restrictions: If you ask for something specific, they will accommodate your dietary needs; no cheese, hamburger without a bun,etc.

The place was run great I got my food super quickly. There was plenty of places to sit.Parking: The shopping center has tons of parking and always has plenty of space.

They have to train the staff better, that is the fault of the restaurant manager who does not train them correctly to serve the public.

Best McDonalds in town. Wonderful staff, clean restaurant and your order is always hot and correct !

Very standard McDonald's. Drive through typically moves fast. But for months now their burgers are all chewed up and falling apart, with some of the patty missing. The last 5 times or so it was so chewed up that I could literally see the cheese and patty below it. I started going to a other location because of it and check back every few weeks and it's the same issue. It's hard to show on a 2-D photo but here is from today.
