Worst roast beef I've ever seen or tasted the only thing worse is there customer service don't eat here!

Absolutely terrible service me and my wife ordered food for the kids after waiting 3 hours for delivery we called to see what was going on. after nobody could locate or get a hold of the driver we asked for a refund which resulted in arguing with them for 20 minutes to get our money back. About 3 hours and 40 minutes later the driver finally showed up unfortunately we didn't want nearly 4 hour old food we politely told them to take a hike. My advice don't waste your time this place is a train wreck.

Friendly staff but not owner completely ignored us while waiting in the dining area. Ordered a salad and chicken parm dinner that took 45 minutes. Food was decent.

It's time to regain consistency! You offer Sicilian thick pan pizza, which is something no one else in the area does, so please aim to keep it consistently good. I've been a customer for years, and while your pizza was fantastic for a while, there was a period when it had barely any sauce. It seems you've addressed that, but now when I ordered a pepperoni pizza, there were only about two slices of pepperoni on each slice.
