Dunkin' - Derry

I ordered a regular hot coffee, but it seemed like they forgot to make it. Whoever was in charge of brewing needs some lessons because it tasted like nothing but watered-down cream and sugar. The staff was friendly, which is great, but I came for coffee, not just for a pleasant chat.

The woman at the drive-thru speaker laughed at how I ordered my Large Iced Chai, and when I received my drink, it was just milk with brown sugar flavor instead of chai. It was unacceptable—rude and incorrect. I recommend using this location only as a last resort.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member working at night was incredibly rude, and my coffee was consistently wrong. It seems like she thinks she knows everything, but unfortunately, she doesn't seem to have the skills necessary for the job. I don’t believe she’s a good fit for Dunkin’.

Management early in the morning was very snippy and pushy a little condescending in her approach to her customers not appreciated was also a mistake with our order which detained Us in the drive-in Lane for more than 10 minutes

The munchkins here tasted really bad, something was just off and they were quite stale. We got a dozen and we ate 2.5 at most, just trashed them. Whatever the reason for that poor quality, I personally would skip that location next time.
