She was rude from the moment I visited the drive-thru, and her negative demeanor continued throughout my entire experience. On the other hand, the drive-thru cashier was incredibly kind and even apologized for her manager's behavior. I ended up tipping the cashier for her kindness, but I wouldn't even give half a star for the appalling service from that manager.
I had a really nice experience. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I paid less than expected. I ordered the original, which tasted a bit different, but I think I'll try the extra crispy next time, which should be better. Overall, it was a great experience. Food: 5/5
We were traveling in the area with a trailer attached to our truck when we arrived at the restaurant. Although they were closing the lobby, the kind manager, Thea, and employee, Zack, graciously let us eat inside. They were incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help us! We will definitely stop by during our future travels. Food: 5/5.
They could not have a customer all day and it’s still a 30 minute wait for food isn’t it fast food? Tear this down and put something worth it up.
The restaurant was clean but there was no chicken to be had... a 20 minute wait to get chicken. The 2 large sides were tasty but they were saving on the mashed potatoes as it wasn 't even close to a large. There was 4 employees there but 2 customers as most left when told it will be a 20 minute wait .Food: 1/5
