Massarella - Derbyshire Dales

Clean well set out restaurant. Felt safe to be in, especially at this time. When asked about an allergy staff were very well informed. Will call again when in the area. Food was hot with a varied menu to suit many tastes.

Not the best. Poor veggie options. Greasy no eggs. Small portions. A shame as I have eaten lunch here a few times and had no complaints. Disappointed.

Lovely food, plenty of room, friendly staff and spotless. Been several times now and enjoyed each mealm

Felt a little wary at going into cafes at this strange time but Massarellas had done their best to distance the tables and put markers on the floor. The drinks were good, however, whilst waiting in the queue to order, the couple behind me came...up right beside me to peer into the food cabinets and I had to ask them to move away from me. they obviously thought it funny but why are people so stupid and unthinking. The floor markings were there for a very important reason

Two weeks before this visit we had dropped in for a drink and a bite but saw the delicious range of breakfast food available. We returned today with the specific intention of having breakfast. The food was superb, service was very quick and friendly...and the cost was very reasonable. We especially remarked on the fact that eggs were fried to order, not kept on a hot plate. We intend to return to sample more of the food available.
