Frankie Benny's Pride Park - Derby

They avoid responsibility when convenient. It would have been a 5-star review, but before COVID they required customers to write down their registration number in the restaurant. Since it was outdated, my friend and I decided to try dining at Frankie and Benny's proudly. We both spent £100. I provided the registration number to the restaurant, only to receive a £100 fine a month later. Why should the customers suffer for the restaurant's mistake? It was frustrating as it was our first time dining out after COVID. I urge the restaurant to take responsibility, send the registration number to the parking facility, and have the fine canceled.

My family and I enjoyed the two-course meal deal for £12.99, which included vegetarian and gluten-free options. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and we were satisfied with our dining experience.

On Sunday, May 1st, my group and I visited Frankie & Benny's for dinner without making a reservation. It took us a few minutes to be seated, but once we were, we were well taken care of. Our server, Merrick, was excellent - full of energy, friendly, professional, and polite. She was just as happy to chat with us as she was with our children, who also enjoyed her company. It was our first time dining out with our three young children (all under 6) in a long time, and the evening was perfect. The kids were entertained with coloring packs and had a variety of options to choose from the well-crafted children's menu. Gone are the days of only having sausages and chips for the little ones to eat. The menu offered a nice selection of pastas, fish, chicken, and vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices. Our orders were taken promptly and the drinks and meals were delivered quickly, without us feeling rushed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with a wonderful server, great food, and reasonable prices. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Merrick, who served us at the bar, was very knowledgeable and responsive and friendly. great chats to drink and cocktails - even had a great sharpener! would recommend to come here for a drink!

Nothing dreadful just not great. Ordered drinks and food pizzas all round, coke, wine, lemonade and squash. Drinks took AGES to come came after food. White wine was warm. But staff swapped no problem and apologised for the side of fries being wrong...too. All in all staff quite nice but nothing really worth the price I think.
