Bbq Express - Derby

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. Our order was delivered late, and the chicken was undercooked with blood still oozing out, despite our request for dry and properly cooked chicken. The salad was also discolored. When we reached out to Just Eat for a refund, the owner refused, claiming that we did not contact the restaurant immediately, even though I have photographic evidence to prove otherwise. I would strongly advise avoiding this place unless you want to risk getting food poisoning.

Ordered wings times from bbq express and every time you get one less per potion you order never one more! so it must be deliberate. when ever i have ordered potions, they always send one or two short . sometimes salad is...missing. sometimes the fries are missing they will bring if you alert them but by the time they do you will have finished all the other food. apart from that the food and prices are reasonable. food tastes nice.

I love this place ,food ordered came within mins,this is the best BQ chicken I've had oh apart from portugal,the lamb curry was amazing not to hot ,lovely nan breads and rice,chips could be a bit better though,thats my only gripe,our order cost twelve...pounds with delivery,we had left overs so the dog got a treat,this shop is a hidden gem,plz try the chicken it's just so tasty,i like to try different takeaways but after a lot of disappointment I will be sticking to this place, wouldn't mind trying everything on the menu,bit naughty though lol .

There are a few tables at the back so you can eat it which is what I did with a few friends. There is a reasonably varied menu of kebabs at very good prices. The mixed platter are large and you could easily share Good place for a cheap meal with friends though parking near by is difficult

I friend from Chesterfield came to Derby to shop in Normanton and arranged to meet me here. As you walk past you may not realise you can actually sit down at eat here as the tables are at the far end. The staff were friendly...and polite. We had a chicken and lamb dish and nan breads. The food was hot and tasty. If you are looking for somewhere to eat on a budget then this place is adequate. If you are looking for fine dining then it is not the place for you.
