The mornings are very busy, so be prepared for a wait of up to half an hour at the drive-thru and even longer inside. There is only one person at each register, which makes the drink preparation take a long time.
I visit this place frequently and usually enjoy great service. However, today I encountered an incredibly rude woman at the drive-thru window who practically yelled at me when I asked for a tray for my drinks. She also didn’t offer a tray or provide drink sleeves for my coffee. Because of this experience, I will be choosing a different Tim Hortons from now on.
