Kfc - Depew

I just got home from a 10-minute drive and spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru with three cars ahead of me. I asked the cashier if the person in front of me had ordered 25 chicken meals, and he replied that he was just waiting on fries. As a result, my hot fries ended up being cold, and my mango tea tastes more like water. I tried calling to express my concerns, but the line was busy for five straight minutes. Overall, I'm quite frustrated!

I placed a mobile order, but when we arrived, it hadn't even started being prepared, despite the system indicating it would be ready by that time. We had to remind the staff about our order and then ended up waiting in line for another ten minutes. To make matters worse, three orders placed after ours were completed first. Another customer who had ordered via mobile before us received only half of their order and was still waiting for the rest when we left. We also witnessed a woman returning her Taco Bell because it was incorrectly prepared. When we finally received our order and got into the car, I took a sip of my drink only to find that they had given me Diet Pepsi instead of regular, as I had ordered. The food itself is decent, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars, but the service and communication were terrible. I'm really disappointed.

The chicken was soggy and unappetizing, and the biscuit was extremely dry. I ordered double mashed potatoes as my side, but they came with hardly any gravy. What a disappointment!

Back to try a taco after a few months.. fresh and on point.. we stopped coming but glad we did.. good come back

The meal was fantastic! The chicken and fries were beautifully crispy, and the strawberry lemonade was full of flavor. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the chicken was incredibly juicy and delicious! I would definitely give this KFC a 10/10.
