Unfortunately, I can't go back for new food since I'm short on time. I likely won't be returning to this restaurant. On a positive note, the staff was good.
I ordered macaroni, soup, and a sandwich, but my soup didn’t arrive. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that I hadn't added the soup to my order, and that the website needed to be updated. Apparently, you can’t actually order soup, salad, and a sandwich together, which was surprising to hear. I mentioned that I had ordered the Maple Harvest soup, only to be told it’s not on the menu. If it’s unavailable, why is there an option for it at all? It feels like they simply didn’t include it in my order because they don’t have it available.
I frequently order from this restaurant through DoorDash, and it’s absolutely fantastic! I’ve never had any problems with my orders, and everything is consistently delicious. I keep promising myself that I’ll go in and place an order in person someday, just to express how much I appreciate their food. From the soup to the salad and the sandwiches in between, it’s always excellent!
The soup was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired. The manager was yelling at the entire staff during the lunch rush, which created a pretty chaotic atmosphere. Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.
The salads were visually appealing and looked fresh, but surprisingly, they had no flavor at all. How is it possible for something to look so good yet taste like nothing? Everyone in our group felt the same way. We dine out frequently and appreciate good food. I hope you can address the issues with your salads, as we always enjoy the combination of delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads.
