Wendy's - Denver

I am very disappointed with this restaurant. Two times I have ordered my meal and both times I received my burger with nothing on the bun.

I always seem to forget both burgers from this restaurant. Almost every time they mess something up, which is really disappointing. This has become a consistent issue. Last night, all I ate for dinner were the fries because everything else was missing from my order.

The food is always fresh, but the service is terrible. I ordered a Frosty and didn't receive a spoon. I've had to go back to get a spoon multiple times after checking the bag. I suggest dining in instead.

The customer service here is not the best. order accuracy is spicy. make sure they ask for exactly what they want and have them read it back to them. I had to throw away my whole job because it was wrong.

Used to love this place, but I am NEVER eating here again they put UNCOOKED BACON in my bacon burger and the fries had giant crusty potato chunks mixed in!! Completely inedible and unsafe!!!
