Excellent service and cheap food!!! Even food was great and seats are comfortable

The food was very good with generous portion sizes at a fair price. The shining star was customer service. We stayed at the hotel so that we eat there several times for breakfast and dinner and no matter who worked, the staff was always exceptionally friendly. I prefer food here as most places in Denver during our trip.

I deal with rude restaurant staff every day as a delivery driver, but the blonde female bartender in this place has upset me, and for good reason. Upon arrival I approach the bartender (no other personnel in sight) and inquire about a Ubereats order. The bartender points to a table and says if it's not there, then it's not ready, but I'll check back for you. That sounded reasonable enough, so I wait about 10 minutes (time is money). Then the bartender returns without update. So I go to the bar and ask her if there was an ETA for the order. Then she totally ignores me. Now I'm a soft talking guy, but I know how I say and talk, if necessary, so I know she heard me. When she got away, I went out. But I'm sure they didn't want my kind at all.

Book this restaurant for a birthday dinner because the menu and photos of the ambience looked good online. I was told that this restaurant was prepared for a 7 top after I had asked myself to update from 5 to 7 people. On arrival there were 1 bartender who was also the server and the restaurant was empty. We thought it was going fast, but definitely not. We sat down and had to put tables together. We ordered and waited 1 hour to arrive for food, literally nobody else was in the restaurant, but we 7 ladies. Once the food arrived, they forgot my entire individual order. It took 45 minutes. So I didn't get my food until 1 hour and 45 minutes after the ordering period. Still for this meal. Server brought the two birthday girls a shot and a dessert. We miss our reservations after dinner because it took so long to get the food out. It was quite embarrassing to bring a birthday dinner here and not be served completely near 2 hours without it being busy. We came here for the reviews. Never come back. Call the hotel later, as there is no restaurant telephone line, leave a voicemail and no call back today. No good experience.

Love its Sippin? Pretty beer of Colorado and the dip of its sweet potatoes. Relaxing and homey ambiance. ??????
