Sumo Sushi - Denver

After having multiple disappointing experiences at Sushi Katsu, we decided to give Sumo Sushi a try, and we were absolutely blown away! The sushi was incredible, featuring some of the best salmon I've tasted in all of Denver. Their spicy tuna roll actually lived up to its name—it was genuinely spicy! It might sound trivial, but it's been ages since I could say that about a spicy tuna roll. The service was fast and courteous. They offer a wide selection of Japanese beers, and the prices are more affordable than at Katsu. We will definitely be returning!

We encountered a line at Sushi Katsu, so we decided to try Sumo Sushi instead. We were pleasantly surprised and not disappointed at all. We'll definitely be returning!
