Subway - Denver

The only helpful staff member here is the white guy with glasses who works at night; he truly deserves 5 stars. However, the shorter Hispanic employee tends to turn people away, even when there are still 15 minutes until closing time. It’s confusing that they advertise a 9 PM closing time, but often lock the doors earlier.

This is my favorite Subway to visit. The staff is exceptional, especially Cat, who is an amazing sandwich artist. The team is friendly and seems to truly enjoy their work. They make a fantastic turkey sandwich with a pepper jack. Food rating: 4/5.

The restaurant offers excellent customer service and is very clean. It wasn't crowded during my visit, and there are plenty of parking spaces available at the back.

I came into the store today, around 1pm to pick up an uber eats order. I was informed very rudely by Joseph that the order was already picked up and I was the 6th one to come in. I apologized(I don't know that) I kindly asked if he could remake it so I can get paid for the delivery. Again he rudely said he's not going to do it, if you can't have good customer service you need to find another jobI'm truly sorry someone stole the order, but I'm trying to get paid for the order I accepted. Be better Joseph.
