Starbucks - Denver

Normal Starbucks experience. Made my drink how I asked, i noticed they messed someone else drink up and fixed it very quickly. Very nice staff. Very funny and polite. Great spot for a coffee shop, has outdoor seating that is clean and away from the 16th busy street.

Came in for a couple of quick refreshing drinks. Baristas were polite and drinks were made in a timely fashion. Forgot how to redeem one drink out of two and barista that took my order was super friendly and helpful.

The staff at the Starbucks at 1671 Broadway is good. I assume that the barista Cassie is the manager and she does a good job. Bathrooms clean.

Great customer service and super friendly and accommodating staff. Thanks to the baristas that helped out today and my green iced tea was excellent as usual.

Normally I love this Starbucks. Today I went it and went to the mobile counter. They didn't address me I had to interrupt their conversation. I heard him while he was making my drink say oh I think she put vanilla I guess they'll find out. Which I paid extra for the vanilla so that a bit annoying not knowing if they did it. I then waited an extra five minutes waiting for my food which I then had to interrupt again to find they never put it in. They didn't seem concerned or apologetic and they were not busy.
