Smashburger - Denver

Amazing burgers and sides! They were obviously short staffed but the staff that was there were working above and beyond to take care of customers. Highly recommend!

Few months ago I got lost in Denver and and had to wait for my dad to pick me up (laugh all you want) and went to this subterranean smash burger. They made me comfortable and the food was great. Really enjoyed my time there.

I want to start off by saying every time I go into this location I have been impressed with both the customer service and food. However, today I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Octavio (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has the best customer service I have ever seen period. He was extremely patient and kind with not only me but every customer I saw him interact with, and he did it all in a packed restaurant while assisting with multiple tasks. If anyone from Smashburger reads my review please please please give this young man a raise, he is clearly a asset to your team and as someone who has spent the last 5 years working in retail/sales (and prior to that ~10 years in the restaurant industry) I will tell you ANYONE would be more than happy to have someone like him on their team!

First time here. I would have rated it higher but wheelchair elevator didn't work and it took a while to get there attention to give my order.My burger was pretty greasy, fries were good.

The food is pretty good and the service is timely. I ordered the Double Colorado Smashburger and while it did have a little too much sauce for my liking, I felt like the flavors went pretty well together. Another thing I noticed was that the burger and sweet potato fries I ordered were given to me in a to-go bag and I feel like this crushed the bun a bit. If you’re looking for a quick burger on the 16th Street Mall, this is definitely the place for you.
