Amazing food and fantastic service. I have visited this restaurant numerous times and have never been let down. Route 40 Cafe is a gem for the community.

I have been dining at this restaurant for 40 years along my travels. The food is top-notch, but what truly sets this place apart is the warm welcome and hospitality from the owner and their team. My family and I always feel at home here.

The wait for our food was lengthy. The pico de gallo wasn't very authentic Mexican and had unusual ingredients.

Nick was incredible! He took very good care of me and my best friend after she picked me up from the airport. Thank you Nick. You're amazing! Great personality and so much love!!!

Route 40 is a staple on Colfax. I had the best salad with shrimp today, and my bf had a burger — which I've heard him rave about many times. Love the owner as well. Good people and good food! The gluten free chocolate cake is also fire!
