It’s been a while since I have visited Romas, The Calzones were as tasty as I remembered however, the customer service was awful. To spend more on the training of the staff would greatly improve the experience.

The corolis and pizzas have alway been good here. The service is up and down. I’ve had good luck most the time. One bad incident, when they were having problems with thier computer I waited in line 45 minutes to pay my check. I guess the manager is unaware that you can do this manually when your computer goes south. They used to give out coupon books at the bigining of the year, this year they started charging for them. I bought one. Now they issue free coupons online every month making my investment in the coupon book a very bad purchase.
