Rico Pollo - Denver

I placed a to-go order and didn’t check it before leaving. When I got home, I realized that half of my order was missing. Be sure to double-check your order before you leave! Overall, the food is fantastic.

I called six times to place an order, but each time I was met with a busy signal. When I finally arrived at the restaurant, I found it empty, with two employees sitting and looking at their phones instead of working. The service was really disappointing.

The service was disappointing; I was on hold for 15 minutes and then had to wait an hour for my food.

This a very niche problem but know that if you have an order of 100 wings and you call ahead of time it will not be ready when you arrive to pick them up.their food is good but bad comunicación on their behalf. I understand that they don’t want the wings to get cold but it may be important to let someone know ahead of time that they will joy be ready

I was looking forward to some good chicken and an even better experience as it was my first time there but I felt my order was taken incorrectly as per my receipt and the food wasn't comparable to the price in which I paid for one burrito with no sides.
