Qdoba Mexican Eats - Denver

Sucks standing at the cash register for 7 minutes for a drink just to be completely blown off because they have online orders and other customers. It serious felt intentional, I already didn?t like the inconsistency?s in flavor and quality but this will insure I never go to another Qdoba, I?d rather starve!

Ordered deliver with DoorDash at 5pm on a Friday. We got 2 burritos and both were missing almost every topping we had ordered (cheese, salsa, veggies, guac, sour cream, and lettuce) All we got was chicken, rice, beans, and one topping. I would recommend going in person to watch them make your order.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience is worth mentioning to someone. Came in at 9pm on a Saturday; they don’t close until 11pm (or so the internet says) and this place was a disaster. No clean tables, food/ trash everywhere. I saw every employee on their phone, and one younger guy making all the food while everyone stood around. I paid in cash and didn’t even receive a receipt. Definitely will never come back to this location.

My wife's in the hospital over the street with leukemia. And this Qdoba, especially Chris, the guy who works tonight 9/10/22, is the most awesome, sympathetic and all about amazing to the Earth person. And with amazing human resourcing talked to me. And not only “hi how is it?”. But took the time to hear my story. Talk and listen to me. He's an amazing guy, and when the collaboration listens, this guy deserves not only an increase, but also great recognition. Great staff!!!! I spent hundreds of dollars, and hours after hours with therapy and... Good bartenders, but Chris is actually one of the few people who took care, heard and helped me in a time of necessity. How's Chris?

I had lunch yesterday and the two gentlemen were super friendly and helpful. I'd let her sprinkle every day. Thank you for excellent customer service. My food tasted great and I will definitely be back!
