Pizza Republica - Denver

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place last weekend and we’re glad we did. The artichoke dip was stupid good.. Had the pancetta pizza, which was awesome but the cannoli’s stole the show. Definitely going here next time we’re in Denver.

Great ambiance, and good table spacing allows a feeling of spaciousness. The authentic wood-fired pizza oven gives the pizza crust perfect crispness and flavor. Service was top-notch, orders were correct the first time, all of our orders arrived quickly, and everything was piping hot. The table was cleaned perfectly with no unpleasant residues from the last meal. A nice dining experience, we look forward to visiting again soon.

This place was amazing! The bruschetta was incredible. Fresh and so tasty. I could taste the olive oil and it was wonderful. Felt like I was eating art. If you eat nothing else you must try the bruschetta. We also shared a pizza, which was great, and we had side salads. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. This place sits on a corner with wide sidewalks. It's large inside with high ceilings and feels very spacious but is quiet at the same time. We were there at 6:30 so it wasn't very crowded. Huge windows. Large, cool outside patio (with a fireplace) would be great this time of year in the early evening. Great service. My son told me later that the waitress peeped at us often but never interrupted our conversation. So wonderful and relaxing that we were almost late for the opera. I wish I had taken pictures but I was busy being captivated.
