Pizza Hut - Denver

If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. I waited two hours for a pizza, despite being originally told it would take about an hour. When I called to check on my order, a rude manager told me to stop calling, or I would be placed on a blacklist. I decided to go into the location, and after requesting a refund, I was cursed at by the manager and told that I could expect my refund another day. When I refused to leave without my money, the general manager threatened to call the police. I was simply asking for my refund, and other customers witnessed how disrespectful the managers were. They looked shocked at their behavior. I don’t understand what they expected; it's standard to pay for a product once it’s delivered. I will be reporting this to companies, authorities, and the Better Business Bureau. Save your money and choose a different place.

The staff was extremely rude during my experience. Our pizza took two hours to arrive, and when I called to complain, the girl threatened to blacklist my address so we wouldn't be able to order again. This is unacceptable customer service. If this is how they are trained, they definitely need a new manager and staff. I will never order from here again.

This was the worst Pizza Hut I've ever visited. Upon entering, the place appeared unkempt, making it seem unfit for preparing food for customers. They really should consider closing down for a renovation. It was my first and last experience there, and I won't be buying food from this location again. While the pizza itself was prepared correctly, the manager was rude. I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

I have never been treated so badly by management and personal in my life! the woman who took orders was really rude and ignorant, she threatened I will not get my refund for the pizza I never received. it must be fired. which general manager causes there customers, the one who works at this pizza hat! the woman who commands and the general manager needs to be fired aap!

I can't speak to their food but I did witness an employee flip over a homeless persons shopping cart on the public sidewalk this morning. I wouldn't trust them to make my food or even want to be around employees that behave so aggressively.
