Red, The general manager, end up giving us every bagel they had because we had an emergency for a conference we're running. They took great care of us and their customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this Panera downtown Denver for sure.
Today at lunch time I went to grab my usual meal, really like food there. The woman, Panera worker, was staying and yelling all the time I was waiting for my food. She was very loud and aggressive. After 20 minutes, I heard my timer is ringing and thought my food is ready.. I went to check at the kitchen area and she said NO it is not ready... I though maybe she is right. I waited and waited... went back and saw my order is on the table, looked like it was there for 30 min... I asked her for how long it is seating here, she tried to take it from me and started yelling. OK!!!. WE can make for you the new one!!!! I did not have time for this s...... Anyway ate with the great mood after (no surprises). Anyway when I was leaving I asked the person at the front, who is that women and was told SHE IS THE MANAGER. Seriously???? I wish i asked her name. So this message is for that unfriendly manager: I don 't think this work is for you.. Panera Bread is the great company and they loose costumers because of you!!!! We people, who works downtown and trying to take lunch break and support the local restaurant businesses , don 't deserve service like that. This Panera bread is in on 16th street, Denver 80202.
This BY FAR the worst Panera Iv ever been to. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. It regularly takes 30 minutes plus to get your food but that’s only when you ACTUALLY ARE ABLE TO GET YOUR FOOD. They are frequently (literally more often than not) out of bagels by 9am and baguettes by 12. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. The company has bread in its name and frequently is out before their rush even starts.
It was my first time being in panera bread. I wanted some water and I didn't know my way around. Two employees were standing in the front on there phone. They didn't ask me if I need help and one employee was staring at me. Then walked to the back. Don't eat there if your black because they are racist. Two white employees didn't help me because I'm black.
Just went in 10 minutes before close to grab a drink quickly as it was the closest location, manager was very nice and even offered drinks on the house. Great costumer service ?
