I've been here before and every time they are not generous with the sauce. It's frustrating, like why skimp on sauce? Even if you ask for extra sauce, they charge you more and the portion is still tiny. I recommend going to Chipotle across the street instead.

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch! I was in the area for an appointment, but my provider was running extremely late. I asked if I could quickly grab some food since I had missed lunch due to the delay. They kindly agreed, so I went to Noodles & Company. Just as I finished ordering, my provider's office called and threatened to give away my appointment if I didn't return immediately. I had to leave my food behind. Since I didn't have time to ask for a refund, they gave me a coupon for a free bowl. This gesture really brightened up my stressful day. Thank you!
