I thoroughly enjoyed my summer noodles; they were delicious and packed with fresh vegetables. The couple who owns the restaurant were very kind as well. I highly recommend it!

The best ramen on wheels in Denver! You absolutely have to try their bowls and ramen. The owners also suggest ways to enhance the experience to make it an 11/10. The flavors are very authentic, and the ingredients are of great quality. Don't miss out on this amazing spot!
