Przekaż informację zwrotnąCustomer service experience! the order for my 4yo sons was a simple cheeseburger, that's it! the woman in the 2nd window, with the tattoo behind her ohr and on her hand, and blue hair, would not even give us a ring because they obviously didn't invite us for it. she asked a worker to translate and brings us a cheeseburger, but it wasn't easy, so we asked for the simple cheeseburger and she told him we had to go back! when we refused, she tried to tell us that we were moving into the next window, but not even telling us what was going on, because everything we knew was that she had nothing to wait for us. at this place my man was done to do with her and ask to speak with the young man who translate them bc he was more helpful and professional. my man told him that we just wait and let him know that she is very rude and unprofessional! Finally, another manager gave us, with pink hair, who also only spoke Spanish, the simple cheeseburger, but just had to go on Spanish! I don't know what she said, but that wasn't very professional! how are they a manager and they can not only communicate with their customers, but do not know how to deal with customers professionally?! you really need to speak and understand English when you work with the public. we argued with them about a simple cheeseburger for about 5 minutes unnecessary to say that it ended up a bigger deal than necessary! pity that customer service is not what he was earlier! will not return and not recommend!
Waited 40 minutes after checking in for my curbside order. Eventually had to pull around to the drive through and wait in line to get cold food. The last couple times the food was terrible and wait too long as well. I know McDonald's has a low bar for expectations but this was ridiculous.
Since my schedule has changed I’ve been lucky to be able to get McDonald’s a couple times a week this location is one of the better ones around. I could go on about how bad some of the others are but we all know the deal. The best deal at this place these days is the mobile App you gain points towards free future purchases and also can use coupons for orders so your food is dirt cheap.
Been to this McDonald's numerous timesbut lately these people can't get an order right.When you bring this to their attention they will argue with you and then blame it on you the customer. They don't have customer service skills for sure. We are so tired of the rudeness there are far to many places to eat at that will appreciate our hard earned money. Sorry Mr. Boselli but its time to clean up your establishment.
They messed up my order around around a dozen times. I always order without cheese and they all had cheese. I'm upset not because they put it on. I do tell them about being allergic reactions to the cheese some put smaller. Cheese hidden so I don't see it till I bit into it. I end up at the doctor each time. We call them and they say it's not their fault then either tell me they can't do anything or when I mentioned my name they hung up.
