Mcdonald's - Denver

This particular situation made me on mc donald’s as whole, three separate paintings my order was wrong and it seems that the crew needed more training on the app and the point of sale on the window, I need to pay more than what the app code all three times said, I try to stay away from almost food, but if there is no other option that I can choose this location and the experience was bad every time to correct it.

More quickly. bought biscuit sandwich sausage burrito. it took a while, until even the dro had about 5 people inside, guessing that the journey the times are more important. my work car does not fit into the drive thru

Drive thru service has gotten better plus I was amazed by how hot and fresh my order was. Great experience ? at this location. thank you McDonald's

Not a great experience. I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s. We ordered 2 Happy meals and they did not have the toys in there, so we kindly told them and they said, “we already put them in the box”. And even though she did ended up giving my kids their HM toys, she made it seems as though we were lying about it.

Last night I went to McDs to get dinner around 10pm and it took 10 minutes for the order taker to do 2 orders. With my window down I could hear people saying hello? Hello Over and over. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier did not meet me at the first window as they said over the speaker. Instead a woman hung out the window and screamed ARE YOU GOING TO PULL FORWARD OR WHAT? This afternoon, I visited to pick up a happy meal with a toy. When we opened the food, we saw there was no toy so I turned around. A Hispanic male who looked as though he may have been a manager said they didn't have any. I asked why they didn't tell me that before I had to sit in their lunch rush line twice. He said what do you want me to do about it The answer I gave him was don't let people pay for items you don't have in stock without telling them? Or perhaps adjust your weekly ordering forms?0/10I would rather drive the extra distance to the Colfax location than come here.
