Mcdonald's - Denver

I came here on Halloween night I got skipped 3 times. They were taking orders from only one side. Cars that weren’t even there before me got their order taken and this young girl kept telling me to “hold on”. Finally I get my food and I guess the didn’t ring up my hot and spices. They young girl at the window tells me that’s not her problem and for me to go back in-line and wait. When there was a huge line after they messed up my order. Finally I go off on this girl and ask for her manager. I got no manager to come to the window so she final’s decides to charge me for the food I was missing when I thought I already paid for it. Worst McDonald’s ever. I don’t know where you hire these people from but you’s need more training and to learn how to talk to people who pay for your salary.

This restaurant was terrible. The evening staff instructed me twice to park on one side, but then ignored me as I waited for our food. They even forgot to bring out our order. On top of that, they had the audacity to argue with us. I will not be returning. It's disappointing that they are being paid more to behave so rudely. A proper manager is needed to train the staff there.

The dining room says open. No. I can't drive through the drive with a trailer. you're all fucking great. I counted on you, but I'm going to burger king.

They are rude we are just there and they do not care about food quality or nothing there were names adrian and monty and they threaten them to eat is cold and they do not want to eat the remake and then they want to be rude when they tell them to move to a parking place that is not the way they treat people and it is not the mcdonald’s routinely thinking away because of their old color and they can treat away.

I waited until my 10th visit to check in this mcdonald’s from my house. 10/10 times I had to wait for 6-7 minutes to get either just a triple cheeseburger or a big mac. these waiting times are not efficient and auto-degrading from the line only to take more orders does not help with the waiting times at all. I try to be regular customers here, but the team and the management here make it hard. Stop waiting for her for so long. it is not a valuable use of their time.
