Mcdonald's - Denver

Absolutely terrible service. no idea what has happened lately – if they are under new management or new, but completely downhill. I have my entire order wrong because the person on the drive thru window could not understand what I wanted. I ordered directly in the menu, with menu conditions. I repeated 15 times and waited patiently for him to find out what he did for 5 minutes in the menu. then the person who took the payment completely ignored me when I asked her to repeat my order back. I now have an egg muffin when I am a sausage biscuit (I don't eat eggs) and sweet coffee when I'm a diabetic. perfect! many thanks for wasting my money. throw all this in the mum because I can't eat it. also, they don't answer their phone. Normally, no evaluation would leave, but I am flabbergasted.

I love this place. I enjoy a fresh, warm breakfast after working in the morning, and they serve exactly what I need. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and satisfying dining experience.

So of course my Reward System wouldn't work(surprise, surprise the woman at the 1st window(sorry, I did not catch her name unfortunately) was as nice as she could be considering my frustrations with their system. Wish we would have been able to deal with only her bc the man(Brian) at the next window, could not have been anymore rude to us even though we honestly didn't even tell him what had happened with THEIR SYSTEM!!! He was just a jerk for absolutely no reason whatsoever!!! Food was as good as it could be, hot, fresh and very tasty.

They all work together. I watched them help a man download and use the app after helping him with the settings on his Android so he could download the app. This was all done unconditionally customers were smiling and everyone was looking out for one another. Was a nice experience.

Everything went smoothly. The service was fast and efficient. No complaints at the end of the meal.
