Mcdonald's - Denver

The girl that was working the drive thru was actually scary and ignored us until we asked. Then at that point was rude. So unnecessary, if you don't like people don't work ina customer service environment.

Usually pretty fast. They got my drink order wrong twice. But in the end the lady at the window fixed it and it was done. That's how customer service should be.

Really enjoy their coffee. My favorite. Wish they also served turkey sausage for us many non pork eaters.

We did a quick stop, only to get McFlurries and a large sweet tea. They seemed pleasant enough. A week ago, we actually picked up food, which was fresh and hot, so they definitely scored an A on that. However, the cashier who took our order was rude, very very rude. She was taking with someone else and I thought she was talking to me, so I was trying to understand what she was saying. Finally, she said the tag line she should've said minutes prior, like when I was pulling up. I felt like I was bothering her as she felt she was entitled to keep having her conversation with a co-worker despite a (hungry) customer being at the window. I was frustrated because this could've been a minute stop, but because this young lady had better things to do than her job it took us minutes just to pick up some chicken nuggets and fries.

The personal is faster than all Denver locations. they are also friendly. that never happens in other Denver stores. they have the order right!
