Kisbee On The Roof - Denver

Warning for winter time guests, bar puts terrible plastic walls up enclosing the whole bar to keep it warm, but you can’t really see through them ruining the view experience for which you go there. Summer only folks.

Didn’t know what to expect, while booking it showed PODs, like igloos to dine in. There were no igloos, only a tent and a bar. It went from decently warm to cold the entire time. Everyone was super nice, but not a true dining place. The menu was simple. Sliders or salad and although the food tasted good the chicken schnitzel sliders was just a chicken patty. The avocado Cobb salad was very good. Drinks were overpriced but it supposed to be an “experience”. Sorry but not impressed by the tent

Birthday and we sat for 30 mins before we got a drink and then we never got served again so we left. For the price of drinks we should have had at least average time.

Ambiance was amazing, it was hot but that's Denver in the summer for ya so can't blame the restaurant! They did a pretty good job at tilting the umbrellas so you weren't being baked until sunset. Views were fantastic, food was amazing, drinks were very good. The bartender was kind and attentive, server wasn't very attentive or personable. Food was so good I'd still recommend it to a friend :
