No star, ordered an 8-peace chicken coffin and got only 5, my little sister can count on 8, asked for diet cook and got regularly, although I repeated myself. 8 peace with 2 sides 36.$ teen on the journey through was in the back to talk and not to pay attention to my order, it is not worth it never going back

I wonder if this manager ever reads the endless terrible reviews here?! I'm really confused about how this place kept 3 stars. I actually had a pleasant experience regarding the friendliness of the cat in the drive thru, but as soon as I came home, I lacked the half of the order and then opened the box that was my dinner and it is not edible. I was charged $22 for chicken jerky and a handful of soggyries. I'll save the manager to the breakfast. if she can eat it, I don't ask for my money. I hope she's in the mood for a laugh, but something tells me that's not good. this review photos the employee is crazy. I hope they are helpful tomorrow, otherwise I will be sure to add some pictures and an update lol.

What kind of fast food restaurant runs out of chicken and closes early? This kind. Don’t even bother. I showed up 25 minutes before they were supposed to close and the drive-through attendant informed me that they had run out of chicken for the night. Seriously?

EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! Lazy and disorganized! We ordered over 40$ worth of food here and come to find out they Short us on our 8 piece bucket of chicken. And the chicken tenders box was a joke! Not crispy and was cold! Fries were soggy and nasty. The only thing good was the root beer! The bisket that came in the tender box was a joke. This was Tuesday night 8/16/2022 at 9pm. Everyone working this shift needs to be fired and replaced! Im contacting corperate and I want my money back!

I've givin this place so many chances and I'm done. Every time I go I have to wait at least 10 minutes in my car in front. Half the times I've gone they close way before close time and also keep their signs turned off.This time I am just astonished at the low quality of food. Ordered a simple 8 piece. Took 15 minutes to bring it out to me. Requested to make my floats when they deliver the food so ilthey don't melt while I wait. They did the opposite. And you can see the quality. Dark crusted chicken means that one of their deep friers oil has not been filtered in a long while so that will taste bad. And looks like the breading was rushed.I use to be a fry cook at a KFC this quality of chicken is way low for KFC standards and it seems like the owners of this location just don't care. I don't blame the staff I blame poor ownership for letting the staff do this
