7 sandwiches ordered, they picked up and taken to the office to find one of them was wrong. I called and they made another problem and delivered it to us within 10 minutes. many thanks for their great service eric!

I accidentally order my birthday sandwich in the wrong place and they made me sandwich anyway so I wouldn't have to run 10 blocks. many thanks for the excellent customer service. You did my day!

Worst customer experience I already had. eight workers and I was the only customer. they finally noticed me and took my order after a few minutes. very rude and irresistible during my order! later I got my fucking mayonnaise sandwich on Stale-Brot after having made about 20 other sandwiches for takeover orders. there are far better ways to get close!

This jimmy johns 100% deserves 5 stars from me. I came to stanley cup parade tag, and even with as many people as there were, the staff were extremely friendly and extremely fast. we recommend this location.

The staff is so rude every time I’m there. I’m in the restaurant industry and this staff needs to take a hard look and maybe find something else that doesn’t involve dealing with people.
