Happy Bakeshop - Denver

I happened to stroll by during their $2 cupcake special, and the shop had an incredible aroma. Our group chose eight cupcakes, but there were still so many more we wanted to taste that we just didn’t have room for! The cupcakes remained moist for days, striking a perfect balance between dense and fluffy, and had an ideal frosting-to-cake ratio (not too sweet!). We also tried a few of the gluten-free cupcakes, and they were fantastic as well.

The restaurant is accommodating and eager to accommodate special requests.

We ordered our wedding cake from here, and it was absolutely AMAZING! We participated in their cupcake tasting and collaborated with them on flavors, ultimately deciding on a lemon cake with raspberry filling. It was delicious! The team was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. We also got one of their jumbo cupcakes for my dad's birthday, and it was fantastic—so moist! We will definitely return for future celebrations and will recommend them to our friends!

When we were organizing our wedding, we thought, "Not everyone will want cake; they’ll go for the other desserts." We were completely mistaken! Our guests devoured everything! We received countless compliments on the deliciousness of the cake and desserts. Everything tasted amazing and looked stunning. We hardly had any desserts left to take home.
