Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq - Denver

We had such a wonderful experience, especially with our server Alex! The AYCE is absolutely superb and the meat is really high quality! We were celebrating a birthday and they brought out a sweet birthday treat with candles! It was one of the most thoughtful sentiment and we can’t wait to return again!

Gyu-Kaku was an amazing experience. I have gone to a number of Korean BBQ places over the years and have always wanted to go to a Japanese themed one. I went for my birthday and it was an amazing trip. The food prices are pretty reasonable but can still be pretty high for an every day meal out. Definitely a great place for celebrations or just wanting to take friends to on occasion. I did not tell anyone I was there for my birthday but the staff were extremely helpful and excellent through the process. I would love to come back again.Parking: No direct parking but there are a few lots and garages nearby to choose from. None attached to the storefront.

Everything was great! The service was incredible and they were able to accommodate our request to change tables!

Meat quality wasn't up to par, the meat was clearly old and not fresh. won't be coming back.

An extremely underwhelming and disappointing visit. This place feels like they are trying to make everything slow to not give you any food. We paid $120 between us for the AYCE $60 a person). Our waitress showed up one time in nearly 35 minutes. Our sake took a legit 45 minutes to show up. Our table wasn’t bussed in 40 minutes. We asked for rice 3 times over an hour period and never got it. And all the food took forever to come out. If you charge high end prices, you should provide high end service. hate giving bad reviews but please save yourself a visit and support local!
