Fantastic restaurant all around! The food tasted incredibly authentic, the prices are reasonable, and the service is outstanding. I heartily recommend dining here!

Downstairs from the busier restaurant, I was beyond happy with my dinner. The recommended wines by the glass were excellent (which is usual , the food was fantastic (I tried the caprese on flatbread, wild boar ragu the torticelli as well as the banana-nutella calzone -loved all of them, but the calzone is huge! You could split 4 ways! and the service impeccable. I wish I lived in Denver as this would be on my go-to list.

This was a special Valentine 's Day weekend, Febuary 11th 14th. Firenze had been closed for 2 years, because of COVID. As one of our favorite restaurants, we missed it terribly! The Valentine 's weekend was, as our waiter Silvino said, a dry run before full reopening, hopefully in mid March. The fixed menu was superb. We both had a delicious mixed green salad with candied walnuts, pink peppercorns red wine vinaigrette atop a goat cheese mascarpone base. For the Primi, we had Pappardelle Cinghiale with wild boar and Tagliatelle with truffle and porcini sauce. They were terrific. The Secondi was Agnello alla Scottadito with wood fire grilled lamb chops served with creamy polenta sauteed kale and Tagliata alla Robespierre with wood fire grilled, sliced beef tenderloin with garlic, green pepper rosemary served with potato croquettes roasted winter vegetables. Yum! We also had a very nice bottle of Nebbiolo wine with dinner. We were too full to to eat the dessert, so we took the Italian custard with balsamic strawberries and Pear strudel home for the next day. The staff and ambiance were both excellent. If you are looking for a quiet intimate dinner for 2, Whebn it reopens in early spring, Firenze wound be a very good choice

We have missed Firenze a Tavola, especially the Wednesday night community table dinners. This re-opening Valentine special was a wonderful way to celebrate Valentine's Day!
